Faith Based Bridge Committee:
This Committee was created by professionals serving the senior population in Tarrant County in order to network and share information with faith based leadership who may not be aware of the vast resources available in our area to assist and care for seniors. There will be monthly meetings, Round Table Breakfasts and a Fall FBB Forum.
Develop programs and secure the speakers for the various events throughout the year including Ethics, Faith-Based, Quarterly Meetings, Summer Forum, and Educational Happy Hours.
Fundraising for the TAGS Scholarships as well as interviewing candidates and awarding scholarships.
Summer Forum Committee:
Plans the day long event held every July. Includes the planning of a new, engaging and exciting theme, speakers / topics, marketing, soliciting sponsors and vendors and reaching out to professionals in the aging communities to participate in the Forum to learn about current or hot topics regarding all aspects of senior care.
Help greet attendees at TAGS events, answer questions, arrive early to venue/s to make sure rooms are set up properly; audio / visual in presentation room is set up and sponsored food is set up.
